All returns* must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, unused and in the original packaging.

If your order was paid via debit or credit card, we will refund your card within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. If your order is paid by cheque, we will refund by cheque within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.

Exchange of items is welcomed*.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before items are dispatched. We will then refund your order within 48 hours.

As all our items are priced inclusive of postage and packing, we are unable to refund the return postage costs.

A shipping label will be provided for all returns.
