All returns* must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, unused and in the original packaging.
If your order was paid via debit or credit card, we will refund your card within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. If your order is paid by cheque, we will refund by cheque within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. Please allow 5-10 working days for the transaction to show on your bank statement or for receipt of your refund cheque.
Exchange of items is welcomed*.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before items are dispatched. We will then refund your order within 48 hours.
As all our items are priced inclusive of postage and packing unless the total order is below £100.00 or outside UK mainland where a postal charge shall apply, we are unable to refund the return postage costs.

*GOODS WHICH ARE CUSTOM MADE/MADE TO MEASURE OR NON STANDARD SIZE OR FABRIC OR CONSTRUCTION WHICH HAS BEEN PRODUCED SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY - THEREFORE WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU ORDER A SAMPLE FIRST FOR ALL CUSTOMISED/MADE TO MEASURE PRODUCTS. FAULTY PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS, ALLOWING 5-10 WORKING DAYS FOR THE TRANSACTION TO APPEAR ON YOUR CARD/BANK STATEMENT. REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY ITEMS MAY TAKE APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS TO BE REPLACED IN CASE OF NON STOCK OR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD FAULTY ITEMS BE USED WITHOUT OBTAINING OUR APPROVAL FIRST.
